Support Policy

Support terms for Vibe Coding Hub browser extensions, including issue scope, response expectations, and privacy-safe reporting.

Supported Products

This page covers browser extensions published by Vibe Coding Hub and linked from extension.vibecodinghub.org. Future extensions can use this same support policy unless their listing links to a more specific support page.

How to Request Help

Email support@vibecodinghub.org or use the support link on the extension's Chrome Web Store listing. If the extension has a public source repository, you may also open a public issue there.

Include the extension name, extension version, browser version, operating system, and clear steps to reproduce the issue.

Response Expectations

Support is provided on a best-effort basis. We prioritize bugs that affect core extension behavior, privacy, data handling, installation, or Chrome Web Store compliance.

Privacy-Safe Reports

Do not send private bookmarks, passwords, account tokens, or sensitive browsing data in support requests. If a screenshot is needed, redact personal information first.

What Support Does Not Cover

• Custom development unrelated to the published extension behavior.
• Browser profiles or operating systems that cannot run the extension's required Chrome APIs.
• Third-party services that an extension may optionally request, except where the extension's integration is broken.

Data Reset

For most Chrome extensions, uninstalling the extension or clearing extension site data removes local extension state. Product-specific reset features may also be documented in the extension listing or repository.
